My only goal right now is to exercise, eat right and sleep well everyday!!
To eat correctly with no more chemical, drunk food in life, for at least one month.
To exercise cardio in the morning and weight training at night in the same day.
To sleep before 23 or even around 22pm evey day for one month!
To write what I like, cook health food with fish and veggies.
To be able to live freely without stress, no need to run errands for families.
JUST LIVE, LIVE FOR MYSELF!!
